Meet Amy
As our team’s Director of Client Services, Amy brings her high level of dedicated customer service and drive to ensure smooth operations. Her unique and wide-ranging skill set enables her to successfully contribute to the team in a variety of ways, including client service management, marketing services, and project planning and management.
A graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, she’s a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society. Amy has a history of volunteering within our community, having served on the Jackson County Rose Festival Board of Directors (2012-2014), as the Director of the Picnic in the Park (2014-2018), on the Women’s Leadership Council of United Way, and the Jackson’s Alzheimer’s Walk, and as the Popcorn Kernel for a local unit of the Boy Scouts of America.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Amy and her husband Mike are proud military parents, with one son an Army veteran and the other currently serving in the USMC.
